These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings and stays at Villa MiJo, located in Balangan, Bali. By making a reservation, you agree to these terms.

Booking & payment

A booking is confirmed once the required deposit or full payment has been received.

Payment terms will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

All prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than [30 days] before arrival: full refund.

Cancellations made within [30 days] before arrival: [50%] refund.

Cancellations within [7 days] before arrival or no-shows: no refund.

Check in & check out

Check-in: from [15:00]

Check-out: before [11:00]

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability

Security deposit

A refundable security deposit of [amount] may be required. This will be returned within [X days] after check-out, subject to inspection.

Use of the Property

The villa may only be used by the number of guests stated in the booking.

Parties or events are not allowed without prior approval.

Guests are expected to respect the property, staff, and neighbors.

Liability

Villa MiJo is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

Guests use the property and facilities (including the pool) at their own risk.

Parents are fully responsible for the safety of their children.

Damage & loss

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

Repair or replacement costs may be charged accordingly.

Force Majeure

Villa MiJo cannot be held responsible for events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or travel disruptions.

Complaints

Any issues during your stay should be reported immediately so we can resolve them as quickly as possible.

Privacy

Personal information provided during booking will only be used for reservation and communication purposes.
